Chef Kevin was the only chef that actually cooked his chicory. He put in the double smoked bacon, which was super smart. I'd give him some porky, smoky bacon. The problem he had was he didn't clean his chicory. I agree completely. The salmon cake and Chef Kevin's appetizer round was dry and not flavored. That's about it. So for the entree round Chef Chris gave you his roasted guinea fowl and couscous. He did. He sort of reared off to the Mediterranean with couscous. It was very inconsistent with how he added the saffron to it. And ultimately forgot salt. It was quite flat and just... Chef Kevin's guinea fowl was the dish of the day for me. They used the barbecue rice cracker, the asparagus door grill, then perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. And the polenta. One of the nicest things of the day, that nice soft polenta that Chef Kevin made, was really well done. Well each chef had their ups and downs throughout their entire time in the child candy kitchen. But do you know which chef will be leaving us and which chef is the winner? Uh... Yeah, we do. We do. Me drying was pumping. It's been a big day of cooking. I'm nervous, but all those nerves are what drove me to succeed today. I'm nervous. I'm nervous. That $10,000 I can really feel it. I can smell it. That flavor is coming out right in my mouth. So, whose dish is on the chopping block? Chef Kevin, you've been chopped. Chef Kevin, your crusty guinea fowl was the entree of the day.
